Materialize Console configuration — resolve_console

Alias for materialize_console_config(). Returns an ordinary S7 ConsoleConfig() with complete defaults and tool presentation. Use discover_console_config() to explicitly read optional configuration files, read_console_config() for a required file, and prune_console_config() for a compact view of nondefault settings.

config: A ConsoleConfig(). In discovery and file reads, its settings override the selected files. Explicit permissions replace inherited permission nodes. Leave its discovery property NULL for these operations.
...: Must be empty. Reserved for future use.
path: NULL, or a path to an mcp-console executable.
version: NULL, or one published mcp-console version, such as "0.0.2".
project: Existing directory to use as the child process's working directory, defaulting to getwd(). Relative config and runtime paths use this directory; the caller's working directory is unchanged.
