# great-docs termshow play

Play a recording directly in the terminal.

Applies the companion .termshow.yml script (cuts and speed changes) unless `--no-script` is given. Accepts .termshow and asciicast (.cast) files. Press Ctrl+C to stop.

    Usage: great-docs termshow play [OPTIONS] SOURCE

      Play a recording directly in the terminal.

      Applies the companion .termshow.yml script (cuts and speed changes) unless

      Examples:   great-docs termshow play demos/install.termshow   great-docs

      --speed FLOAT  Playback speed multiplier
      --script PATH  Path to .termshow.yml script
      --no-script    Ignore any companion .termshow.yml script
      --help         Show this message and exit.

## Arguments

`SOURCE: PATH`  
Required.

## Options

`--speed: FLOAT = 1.0`  
Playback speed multiplier

`--script: PATH`  
Path to .termshow.yml script

`--no-script`  
Ignore any companion .termshow.yml script
