## load_csv()


Load a CSV file into a list of row dicts.


Usage

``` python
load_csv(
    path,
    *,
    delimiter=",
    ",
    header=True,
)
```


## Parameters


`path: str`  
File path to read.

`delimiter: str = ``","`  
Column separator character.

`header: bool = ``True`  
Whether the first row contains column names.


## Returns


`list[dict]`  
A list of dicts, one per data row.
