Auto-discover user guide with numeric prefixes
Has user_guide/ with three numbered files: 01-intro.qmd, 02-quickstart.qmd, 03-advanced.qmd. The sidebar should show a 'User Guide' section with these three pages in numeric order. Clicking each should navigate to the corresponding guide page. The Reference page should show App (class) and run_app (function).
