INIT
index.qmd + README.md โ index wins
Has both index.qmd and README.md. The landing page should show the index.qmd content ('Index Wins') NOT the README.md. Look for the text 'This index.qmd should take priority over README.md.' Tests the full priority chain: index.qmd > index.md > README.md.
Build Mode
○ No great-docs.yml
This package has no pre-supplied config.
It tests the full great-docs init → great-docs build
pipeline from scratch, relying entirely on auto-detection of the package
layout, docstring style, and exports.
